Hsiu Hsiu goes to the town’s wine shop to search for father. Old man Ku, the father, as usual loses everything and is taking a loan from the shrewd shopowner. Hsiu Hsiu comes into the shop and is met by Yao Teh-pao and Ta-lung. Yao makes advances, resulting in resounding slaps on his cheeks. Hsiu Hsiu dashes into the inner games room and drags her father off. In his attempt to get Hsiu Hsiu, Teh-pao asks Ta-lung to sing for him. Hsiu Hsiu discovers his secret and Yao Teh-pao is again rebuffed. Yao then asks Ta-lung to go to the Ku house on some pretext. Hsiu Hsiu and Ta-lung thus meet and they fall in love. They sing and they are happy together. Ta-lung sees the shopowner mistreating Widow Chu, wife of his old friend. He punishes the shopowner and gives the woman money. Festival time and the young men and young girls gather at Phoenix Hill to exchange love songs. Ta-lung and Hsiu Hsiu go to a temple where they express mutual love. Yao Teh-pao is greatly disturbed. Tiger Tseng asks the shopowner’s help to get Hsiu Hsiu as wife. The owner then spreads rumors that an affair is going on between Ta-lung and Widow Chu. Hsiu Hsiu believes in the rumors and she tells Ta-lung she will never see him again. On the rebounce, she pretends to be friendly with Tiger Tseng, to slight Ta-lung. Widow Chu knows about the misunderstanding. She goes to Hsiu Hsiu and explains everything. Hsiu Hsiu is moved and love resumes between Ta-lung and her. Tiger Tseng, on the strength of the money he loans to Old Man Ku, forces the father to grant him the hand of the daughter. Ta-lung wants to earn enough money to pay off the Ku debt. He promises to ship goods for Yao Teh-pao although pirates are rampant on the seas. His bullet-riddled boat comes home adrift. Hsiu Hsiu almost dies of grief. In the meantime, Tiger Tseng has completed all preparations for the marriage. On the wedding day, Ta-lung comes home. He has been wounded but escapes. He overtakes the wedding procession and challenges Tiger Tseng to a duel. They agree that the winner will marry Hsiu Hsiu. With the bride cheering for him, Ta-lung gathers enough courage and strength to defeat Tiger Tseng. The Tiger is a sportsman. He keeps his word and yields the wedding procession and bride to a bandaged but happy Liu Ta-lung.

mybb@mybb.ru (管理员) Mon, 19 Oct 2026 08:23:27 +0300 https://126.mybb.ru/viewtopic.php?pid=2599#p2599 https://126.mybb.ru/viewtopic.php?pid=2598#p2598
the Most Disturbing North Korean Footage Ever Leaked Iceberg

mybb@mybb.ru (管理员) Sun, 18 Oct 2026 18:21:29 +0300 https://126.mybb.ru/viewtopic.php?pid=2598#p2598 https://126.mybb.ru/viewtopic.php?pid=2597#p2597
Greatest Scammer RAGE of All Time

mybb@mybb.ru (管理员) Sun, 18 Oct 2026 18:11:03 +0300 https://126.mybb.ru/viewtopic.php?pid=2597#p2597 https://126.mybb.ru/viewtopic.php?pid=2595#p2595
From the windows of Wing On Wo, stewards describe what a decade of demolition, toxic dust, and street closures would mean for small businesses already battered by COVID losses, staff shortages, and a wave of anti-Asian violence. After an initial legal win by NUBC was overturned on appeal, the city plans to proceed, intensifying organizing and street demonstrations chanting No New Jails.

In kitchens and storefronts, owners share what vanishing family businesses look like: a restaurant family in the same building since 1938 that once hosted Anthony Bourdain, and dining rooms that went from bustling to quiet overnight. One restaurateur recalls dropping from 13 waiters and 18 chefs to a fraction of that team, warning that if you lose your neighborhood food, you lose your neighbors.

The story widens across North America. In Montreal, tenants and family associations resist condo pressure around Wings Noodle and Maison Wings, ultimately securing new historic-site protections for a core of the district and heritage status for the S. Davis & Sons building and Maison Wings. In Vancouver, elders and organizers revisit the freeway fights and urban renewal that erased blocks, while second-generation maker William Liu on East Pender returns to the family dim sum kitchen when his father receives a kidney transplant.

Through bilingual fortune cookies brought home after a San Francisco visit, kung fu halls and lion dance blessings for the Year of the Metal Ox, and the archives of the Wong Association, communities show how culture, work, and space are inseparable. Amid Stop Asian Hate vigils and street protests, the film captures a choice at the fork: extinction or renewal. This is Chinatown, a house built by immigrants, held by stewards who refuse to leave.

Kapitel:
▷ 00:00 – Zeithistorische Einordnung
▷ 00:07 – Reisevorbereitungen für die Ferienreise 1933
▷ 00:19 – DKW wird aus der Garage gefahren
▷ 00:32 – Tankstelle und Werkstatt
▷ 01:00 – Autowäsche
▷ 01:28 – Tanken an der handbetriebenen Zapfsäule
▷ 01:54 – Fahrt mit dem DKW
▷ 02:23 – Ferienreise 1937 durch den Thüringer Wald
▷ 02:36 – Autobahnbrücke und Viadukt
▷ 03:02 – Fast leere Autobahn
▷ 03:33 – Tachometer: Beschleunigung bis etwa 90 km/h
▷ 03:56 – Hermannplatz in Neukölln
▷ 04:09 – Karstadt am Hermannplatz
▷ 04:27 – Lichthof und Dachgarten
▷ 05:05 – Blick über Hermannplatz und Kottbusser Damm
▷ 06:03 – Neukölln aus der Straßenbahn
▷ 07:07 – Berliner Luna-Park
▷ 08:45 – Tanzballett im Luna-Park
▷ 09:24 – Berg- und Talbahn
▷ 10:13 – Shimmy-Treppe und Jahrmarkt
▷ 10:40 – Wellenbad im Luna-Park
▷ 11:06 – Berlin bei Nacht
▷ 11:14 – Fritz Langs „M“ am Ufa-Palast am Zoo
▷ 12:27 – Haus Vaterland am Potsdamer Platz
▷ 12:54 – Bewegliche Leuchtreklame
▷ 13:25 – Tausende auf dem Weg zum Flughafen Tempelhof
▷ 14:19 – „Graf Zeppelin“ LZ 127 über Tempelhof
▷ 15:55 – Verkehrsflugzeuge am Flughafen
▷ 16:18 – Flughafen Berlin-Tempelhof

© 1933-37, historisches Archivmaterial lizenziert durch Xerxes

mybb@mybb.ru (管理员) Wed, 14 Oct 2026 09:14:20 +0300 https://126.mybb.ru/viewtopic.php?pid=2578#p2578 https://126.mybb.ru/viewtopic.php?pid=2577#p2577
Yusuf Hawkins: Inside The Murder That Split New York

A quiet summer night turned into a citywide reckoning. One left turn, one phone call, and four shots changed New York forever.

This documentary retraces the 1989 murder of 16-year-old Yusuf Hawkins in Bensonhurst through first-hand memories, courtroom battles, and streets filled with marches. From an EMT arriving with smoking tires to a mother hearing the blunt words “your son is dead,” we follow the night’s small choices that spiraled: a used Pontiac ad, a neighborhood on edge, baseball bats in a schoolyard, and a verdict that split a city. Hear how Al Sharpton, David Dinkins, and community leaders collided with raw neighborhood hostility, why a rumor about a birthday party ignited a mob, and the moment a march turned bloody. The names, places, and voices speak for themselves.

If you think you know the story of Bensonhurst, watch the full film. The truth lives in the details—and in the people who never forgot.

Watch now to see how a single night exposed New York’s fault lines and forced a generation to choose between silence and justice.

mybb@mybb.ru (管理员) Fri, 09 Oct 2026 08:00:45 +0300 https://126.mybb.ru/viewtopic.php?pid=2577#p2577 https://126.mybb.ru/viewtopic.php?pid=2576#p2576

mybb@mybb.ru (管理员) Tue, 06 Oct 2026 13:40:38 +0300 https://126.mybb.ru/viewtopic.php?pid=2576#p2576 https://126.mybb.ru/viewtopic.php?pid=2575#p2575

mybb@mybb.ru (管理员) Tue, 06 Oct 2026 11:01:04 +0300 https://126.mybb.ru/viewtopic.php?pid=2575#p2575 https://126.mybb.ru/viewtopic.php?pid=2574#p2574

mybb@mybb.ru (管理员) Tue, 06 Oct 2026 09:18:49 +0300 https://126.mybb.ru/viewtopic.php?pid=2574#p2574 https://126.mybb.ru/viewtopic.php?pid=2573#p2573
